Throughout the process he provided good insight on the community, and his construction experience meant he was able to help us look at some pretty rough houses and decide whether it was worth fixing them up or not. We’re moving from out-of-state so him being really flexible for our travel plans, meeting inspectors, etc. was clutch. He went above and beyond even once we closed on the house – setting up a basic interim sprinkler system on a timer so that the outdoor plants wouldn’t die before we actually got out there, and checking on the house for us every couple of days.
